In the first of our special spooky season episodes, we dive headfirst into the world of werewolves. This week’s terrifying tale concerns a possibly lycanthropic beast from 18th Century France. Reportedly responsible for the deaths of over 300 men, women, and children; the Beast of Gevaudan has a body count like no creature that we have ever covered. We then discuss the origins of werewolves, mythology from around the globe, and the place of lycanthropes of all kinds in pop culture. We finish up by discussing our top five werewolf movies! So, strap in for the introductory episodes in our series on Halloween’s most iconic creatures!

HAPPY SPOOKY SEASON!
